SUBSCRIPTION FAQ

Subscriptions renew on the 1st of each month.

If you subscribe during June, you will not be charged until July 1st for the July edition. This gives you time to adjust your tier, update shipping information, or cancel before billing begins.

Renewals process automatically on the 1st of each month unless canceled beforehand through your account dashboard.

Subscriptions may be canceled anytime before 11:59 PM on the final day of the month. Once billing processes on the 1st, that month’s edition enters production and can no longer be canceled or refunded.

Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. There are no forms, no emails required, and no hidden cancellation process. To avoid your next renewal, cancellations must be made before the 1st of the month. Once billing for the upcoming edition has processed, that month’s order cannot be canceled or refunded as production has already begun.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International subscribers can choose between Standard shipping, which arrives in a standard envelope via USPS in approximately 2–6 weeks, or Tracked shipping, which ships in a protective poly mailer with full tracking included. International orders may be subject to customs fees, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We pack every envelope with care, but once it leaves our hands it enters the unpredictable world of postal transit. If your subscription does not arrive within a reasonable window, reach out and we will do our best to make it right. We offer a one-time courtesy reship or partial refund at our discretion for standard untracked orders. Tracked subscribers have the added protection of delivery confirmation, which helps us resolve issues more quickly. Please note that we reserve the right to discontinue courtesy reshipping for accounts with repeated claims.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership through your account dashboard before the next billing cycle begins. Changes made after billing has processed will apply to the following month’s edition.

All subscriptions bill on the 1st of each month regardless of when you signed up. If you subscribe before the 1st your first charge will process on the 1st of the following month, so you are never charged mid-cycle. You can cancel anytime before the 1st and you will not be billed.

Because each edition is curated, printed, and assembled by hand specifically for that month, we are unable to accept returns on subscription orders. If something arrives damaged or incorrect please reach out and we will make it right. Your satisfaction matters to us, we just ask that you give us the chance to address it directly before anything else.

SHOP FAQ

Shop orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During high volume periods such as around our monthly subscription ship window processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Once shipped, US orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. International orders vary by destination but generally arrive within 2–6 weeks. Please allow additional time for customs processing on international shipments.

All shop and archive orders ship with full USPS tracking included, no upgrades needed. Domestic orders under $20 incur a flat shipping fee of $6. Orders over $20 ship free. International orders have a flat shipping rate of $20, with free shipping on orders over $50 applied automatically at checkout. Bundling shop items or multiple archive editions is a great way to reach the free shipping threshold.

Yes. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT charges, or import taxes required by their country.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date. Since all shop orders ship with tracking we are able to investigate quickly and work toward a resolution. We will either reship or issue a refund depending on the situation. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or customs processing

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products we do not accept returns. If you receive something that is damaged, incorrect, or not as described please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed for shipping. If you need to make a change to your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you before it ships.

Yes. All letters, bookmarks, stickers, and illustrated pieces are designed, assembled, printed, or packaged in-house in small batches with careful attention to detail.

Some items may return in future collections or archive releases, though many designs are intentionally limited. The best way to stay informed is through the monthly club or shop updates.

ARCHIVE FAQ

Archive Editions are past monthly mailings that return in limited quantities once the original subscription cycle has ended. They allow readers to revisit previous stories, artwork, and themed collections after their initial release, depending on remaining stock and availability.

Yes, all Archive Edition orders ship with full USPS tracking and a protective mailer included. No upgrades or add-ons needed. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Because archive editions are limited collectibles we want to make sure every one arrives safely.

Most likely, yes. As more editions become available within the archive, we hope to eventually offer discounted bundles and curated sets featuring multiple past collections together. For now, Archive Editions are released individually and remain available only while supplies last.
